Aim and Scope
JMSE is an official publication of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). The journal is determined to publish original investigations, observations, scholarly inquiries, most innovative, and cutting-edge reviews in various branches of the forensic sciences. The journal offers open access platform for forensic investigators, scholars, amateurs, clinicians, specialists, internists and trainees in forensic and legal investigations worldwide. Investigative and legal sciences studies also helpful in criminal activities like criminal laws and government regulations aiding the criminal justice system. Accepted papers become the exclusive license of the Journal. Manuscripts are peer reviewed by at least two referees and/or Associate Editors expert in the field of the submitted paper after the plagiarism check. JMSE features articles relating to standard medical practice and ethical issues that most greatly impact human dignity from embryonic to end-of-life stages, particularly ethical aspects of health care relevant to health care professionals, members of clinical ethics committees, medical ethics professionals, law/public policymakers, researchers and bio scientists, and patients.
